Where It Began
A Family Restaurant Built During an Uncertain Time
Hot Kebabs City opened in April 2020 after months of preparation that began in January of that year. The opening was delayed by the complications and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, but the Avci family continued forward with the goal of creating a restaurant centered around quality Turkish food and family hospitality.
The restaurant was opened by Irfan Avci together with his wife, Maria, and their two children, Adem and Seda. From the beginning, Hot Kebabs City has been a true family business.

Irfan is a professional Turkish chef with decades of experience in the restaurant industry. Before opening Hot Kebabs City, he had already operated eight successful restaurants.
That experience shapes the way we prepare our food today, from traditional Turkish dishes to customer favorites such as Chicken Shish and Lamb Adana.
